OpenTrail

Trails you may legally bike in Oregon

Routes where bicycle access is permitted, with the authority behind each rule.

Almost every trail app conflates two different questions: whether you are allowed to ride a trail, and whether you would enjoy riding it. They are not the same question and they do not have the same source. Legal access comes from a land manager; rideability comes from the surface, the grade and the technical difficulty.

OpenTrail keeps them apart. Every route below is one where bicycles are permitted, and each page names the authority the permission comes from rather than presenting an inferred tag as a fact. Where the access is conditional — a season, a direction, a shared-use rule — the condition is stated rather than flattened into a yes.

Unknown is never treated as allowed. A trail missing from this list is a trail nobody has told us about, which in the Cascades usually means asking the ranger district rather than assuming.
